Generate and review monthly finance and billing reports to keep clients informed and satisfied.
Coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams to foster collaboration.

What You Bring:

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience in high-volume customer care or account management.
Exceptional attention to detail—because accuracy is key.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and teams.
