    **Job Description**
    We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior management to create budgets and set objectives for efficient operations.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Review and report on financial accounts of each property, identifying any anomalies.
    • Manage year-end audit for properties.
    • Prepare monthly and weekly financial packs, reports, and variance reports.
    • Highlight discrepancies, overspends, or changes in strategy.
    • Ensure adherence to financial manuals, policies, and procedures.
    • Provide leadership and training to accounting staff to improve skills and promote job satisfaction.
    • Oversee administration of personnel files, payroll, medical aid, provident fund, and statutory compliance.

    **Requirements:**
    • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise finance team and work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
    • Experience with ACCPAC and VIP Payroll is required.
    • Familiarity with hospitality PMS systems, particularly NEBULA, is a plus.
    • Matric is essential, with additional qualifications being advantageous.
    • Valid RSA ID.
