    <p>Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist</p><p>Work Set Up: Work From Home</p><p>Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time</p><p>Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga</p><p>Quick Rundown:<br>We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and engage candidates for healthcare roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage recruitment documentation, and maintain accurate records in the ATS. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>What Youll Do:</p><p>Candidate Sourcing:</p>
    • <p>Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates</p>
    • <p>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements</p>
    <p>Candidate Screening:</p>
    • <p>Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for healthcare roles</p>
    • <p>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers</p>
    <p>Administrative Support:</p>
    • <p>Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation</p>
    • <p>Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</p>
    <p>Communication and Engagement:</p>
    • <p>Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback</p>
    • <p>Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process</p>
    • <p>Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline the recruitment process</p>
    • <p>Attend team meetings and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies</p>
    <p>What Were Looking For:</p>
    • <p>At least 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition</p>
    • <p>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</p>
    • <p>Previous experience in recruitment</p>
    • <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p>
    • <p>Has an outgoing personality</p>
    • <p>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</p>
    • <p>Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</p>
    • <p>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment</p>
    • <p>Passion for contributing to the growth and success</p>
