RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the endtoend recruitment process
Actively sourcing, engaging, and recruiting talent through multiple platforms.
Partnering with managers to define roles
Creating job descriptions and posting jobs
Managing and negotiating offers
Building and maintaining our employer brand and finding new avenues to promote the company
Providing regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process

WHO YOU ARE

You have at least two years of experience dealing with an inhouse recruitment role, ideally within a technology company.
You are fluent in written English.
You have a proactive and cheerful personality.
You are an excellent communicator.
You can work well in a fastchanging environment.
You have experience working for a fully remote, globally distributed organization
