    Job Title: Internal and External Sales Executive

    Location: Edenvale

    We are seeking a skilled sales professional to promote and sell diesel driven self-priming pumps and services.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Sales:

    • Develop targeted sales strategies for each client's needs.
    • Stay up-to-date on forthcoming product developments and special promotions.
    • Provide customers with product support and basic technical assistance.
    • Foster customer relationships through regular communication and build trust.
    • Pursue ongoing product training and knowledge of our product range.
    • Maintain accurate records of new and potential customers.

    Sales Targets:

    • Achieve monthly sales targets, including year-to-date (YTD) goals.
    • Capture YTD target if monthly target is not met.
    • Regularly review own sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets.

    Sales Opportunities:

    • Drive sales growth by identifying, securing, and developing all relevant sales opportunities.
    • Explore new markets and convert dormant customers into active clients.
    • Leverage special promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Nurture relationships with existing customers through visits, meetings, phone calls, and emails.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Gather market/customer information to inform sales decisions.
    • Respond promptly to messages via email or phone and ensure timely follow-up when unavailable.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Proven experience in diesel driven self-priming pump units is essential.
    • Matric certification is required.
    • Tertiary qualification in sales and/or marketing is advantageous.
    • Driver's license is necessary.
    • 3-5 years' experience in a sales-targeted environment.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Sales and marketing principles.
    • Strong understanding of commercial objectives.
    • Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts.
    • Ability to develop and analyze sales reports.
    • Effective decision-making skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good analytical and research skills.
    • Strong planning and organizational abilities.

    Package & Remuneration:

    R250 000 - R320 000 per annum
