Position Overview
We are seeking full-time Personal Insurance Advisors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and demonstrating strong negotiation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
• NQF4/Matric/Standard 10
• 60 FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (as per Dofa)
• Completion of Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5)
• Valid code B driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in the personal lines insurance sector
• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face client interaction experience
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve business objectives and key performance indicators
• Proactively source and expand your client portfolio
• Generate new business premiums on a monthly basis
• Provide exceptional service to your clients, ensuring a low lapse rate
• Evaluate new business to mitigate risks to Sanlam's insurance pool
