Description
3years- Complete all documentation with all details required, every time without error, highlighting any deviations or nonconformance.
- Ensure correct filing and safekeeping of documents.
- Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Create, prepare and maintain accurate employee files.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Reports:
- Leave / Sick Leave / Absenteeism
- Long Service
- Promotions
- Transfers
- Increase
- Ensure all relevant information is updated and correct with regard to Time and Attendance.
- Ensure systems are setup and updated to reflect current employee base.
- Ensure Payroll systems, employee records and reports are available for auditing purposes.
- Capturing of employee information.
- Capturing of employee related information on payroll system, i
e:
- Disciplinary Enquiries and Disciplinary Actions
- Training / Skills Development
- BEE
- Reports to HR related issues
- Adhere to all health and safety rules.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Diploma in Payroll Administration
- Minimum of 3+ years working experience on VIP Premium
- Responsible for monthly payroll and related services including record keeping and reporting
- Able to perform the following functions: payroll systems and duties, reporting and payroll HR documentation, employee data capturing and processing, general administration and health and safety
