    Job Description - Customer Service Representative – Nights

    We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Nights. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences while working on site in Cape Town, South Africa.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide top-notch customer service by answering incoming communications, conducting research, and finding resolutions to customer issues.

    Requirements:

    1. 6 months or more of customer services experience
    2. High school diploma or equivalent
    3. Demonstrated ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
