    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, quoting and invoicing, managing delivery schedules, and performing general administrative tasks.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Liaise daily with customers and walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Quoting and Invoicing
    • Ensure accuracy and efficiency when checking drivers loading trucks daily
    • Prepare pack sheets for daily deliveries to ensure all items are accounted for.
    • Manage delivery schedules on a daily basis.
    • Assist with stock take
    • Evaluate orders before dispatch to ensure customers are up to date on their accounts.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
    • Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
    • Bonus points if you have knowledge of CAD.

    Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate
    • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is beneficial.
