Description

You will work with TM agents providing extra support and training, develop new processes, and maintain strong relationships within your team of agents.

To succeed, you need to look at the big picture and spot potential improvements as they come.

Since you are in charge of a company's efficiency, you have to be able to look intuitively at the team to catch potential problems before they arise.

You will be in charge of encouraging and motivating telemarketers so they work toward reaching the goals of the company.

Qualifications

Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Previous project manager experience in telemarketing (2+ years)
Ability to plan and develop the Project Idea
Ability to create and lead the Dream Team
Accurate campaign execution and manage accurate usage of related tools
Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fastpaced environment
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Working hours:
EST (Boston) 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (negotiable)
