Job Title:
Field Representative_

  • A big Food processing plant is seeking a proactive Field Representative to join their team. They are committed to increasing product sales and have partnered with Skynamo, an Allin1 Field Sales Platform, to empower their sales teams with the tools and insights needed to excel._

Responsibilities:_

  • Utilize the Skynamo app to visit stores and gather crucial data through specific questioning and inputting responses into the app._
  • Act as the eyes on the ground, conducting store checkups, and promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies found to implement immediate changes._
  • Implement strategies to enhance product sales based on the insights collected through the Skynamo platform._
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize accountbased selling and exceed company sales targets._

Qualifications:_

  • Proven experience in field sales or representative roles._
  • Familiarity with using technological tools for data collection and analysis._
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with store personnel and the sales team._
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify opportunities for improvement._
