    Job Title: Sales Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technical sales, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.

    Main Job Accountabilities:

    1. Matric and Engineering/Technical Qualification Required
    2. Minimum 8-10 Years Relevant Working Experience Required
    3. Minimum 5+ Years Engineering/Technical Sales Experience Required
    4. Reporting to the Sales Manager
    5. Achieve Yearly Sales and Financial Targets in the Region as Set by the Sales Manager
    6. Manage KPIs as Set by the Sales Manager and Meet Sales Responsibilities
    7. Strategic Business Development of Sales Opportunities in South Africa Across Various Industries
    8. Achieve Budget and Defined KPI Targets
    9. Grow Existing Business Through Customer Visits and Networking
    10. Ensure Sales/Bid Pipeline is of Value and Quality to Achieve Order Intake Targets
    11. Active Pipeline Management and CRM Account Maintenance
    12. Provide Timely Feedback to Management
    13. Undertake Market Research and Grow Order Bookings
    14. Maximise Additional Business Opportunities with Existing Customers
    15. Plan and Execute Successful Sales Visits and Leverage Product Range for Profitable Business
    16. Act as Customer Representative within the Company
    17. Provide Up-to-Date Feedback to Customers and Resolve Issues through Continuous Improvement
