Debtors Clerk

Matric. Minimum 5 yrs debtors experience essential. responsible for the financial record keeping in accordance with the company's standard policies and procedures.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Matching and allocating accounts receivable receipts.

Assist with customer claims.

Capturing debtors invoices and credit notes.

Follow up on outstanding and overdue receivables.

Mail invoices and statements to clients.

Assist sales department with walk in customer payments.

Maintain filing.

Knowledge and experience on ERP system preferably
Syspro

Salary:
R18,000.00 per month
