Join our team at Industries Education and Training Institute as a POE Officer

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 / Computer literacy, Must be familiar with Accreditation and Quality Assuring bodies regulations and legislation, SDF

Job Purpose:

To ensure that the Training Process is captured and concluded correctly in relation to learner data, PoE generation and quality assurance thereof.

KPA's

Compiling of all projects POE system (Artisans, Learnerships, Skill Programmes)
Managing of Archive

Managing of all projects POE tracking (ie Documents outstanding)

Printing and building of POE documentation
Assist Teaching and Learning HOD in POE Management
File and sort relevant documentation according to acceptable POE Index
Booking in and out of PoE's and other documents from the Archive
Tracking of PoE's signed out /in for assessment and Internal Moderation
File all learner registration documentation in PoE to ready for training according to Index
Custodian of POE Archive
Tracking contracts (Reflecting on white board)
Archiving of old PoE's and project files after project closure
Prepare PoE documentation to be couriered when required to do so
Filing of copies of Statement of results and certification once received
Obtain request for course certification from Facilitators, obtain authorization from Teaching & Learning Manager and submit to Project Administration and Certificate Officer for printing.
Print learner assessment and moderation booking out form for assessors and moderators
Submit MIS reports to Management
Filing
Assist the Data Capturer in the loading of achievements on the LMIS of different authorities' bodies and Archiving systems
