Attendance Administrator you will be responsible for the accurate recording and tracking of employee work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Recording and tracking of employee work hours.
- Work with labour providers to ensure that hours are correct.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time data.
- Manage and administer time and attendance, ensuring they are uptodate and aligned with organizational policies.
- Generate regular reports on time and attendance metrics for management review.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with finance to ensure that correct hours are billed.
- Assist with Payroll processing and timesheet capturing.
- Responsible for any other HR related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Human Resources or Payroll qualification.
- Proven experience in time and attendance management.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and software.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office.
