    Description:

    The Sales Coordinator role is critical in supporting the key account and retail field sales team to achieve sustainable growth. This position requires a strong, long-term relationship builder with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage field sales team to ensure effective market coverage and efficient use of resources.
    • Guide key account managers and retail reps to meet KPI goals, including sales quotas. Coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, overseeing daily reporting, and tracking progress.
    • Process sales orders accurately and timely, ensuring service delivery and client satisfaction. Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and address unique needs to foster loyalty.
    • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to streamline operations and provide comprehensive support to clients.
    • Monitor and review inventory of marketing materials required for product promotion in the Retail and HORECA sector.
    • Create and implement secure file systems to store sales items, such as records, reports, budgets, and financial information.
    • Plan and execute product launches in coordination with other department teams.
    • Provide training and support to team members on product benefits, addressing enquiries and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced skills in sales team optimization and development, with excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
    • Strong sales and customer service skills, with ability to handle productive conflict and make tough decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, with specific training in consumer shopping habits, leadership skills, management, and marketing strategies.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in international HORECA sales team management.
    • Experience living and working outside home country, with ability to work with diversity and cultures. An understanding of Islamic culture preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and passport, with no criminal record.
