    Description

    Purpose of the Role:
    The RPA Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within organizations. Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing efficient workflows to streamline operations and drive digital transformation.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
    2. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes for automation suitability.
    3. Solution Design: Design RPA solutions based on requirements and analysis.
    4. Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate RPA platforms and tools.
    5. Development and Configuration: Develop or configure RPA bots using selected tools.
    6. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
    7. Deployment: Oversee the deployment of RPA bots into production environments.
    8. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor bot performance, address issues, and perform maintenance tasks.
    9. Documentation and Training: Document RPA solutions and provide training to users.
    10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation improvement and innovation.

    Education and Qualification:

    • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
    • BSc in Software Engineering or relevant equivalent
    • 7+ years of IT work experience

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • 3+ years of software development experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Business management skills
    • Financial services industry knowledge
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Leadership abilities

    Experience and Training:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in RPA implementation
