- N4 qualification
- Recognized trade test (red seal)
- Knowledge of compressors, boilers, pumps, and gearboxes
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG as an electrician/Millwright
- Fault finding and repair of electrical systems, including mechanical knowledge
- Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
- Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment for installation, disassembly, and testing of electronic, pneumatic, and electrical devices
- Panel wiring
- Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings
- Demonstrate fault finding techniques (electrical and mechanical)
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement
- Availability to work weekends as required

About the Role
We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team in Tulisa Park, South Africa. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation of equipment under regular supervision. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preventative Maintenance
You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of production and facility equipment, proactively identifying and resolving recurring maintenance issues in the assigned area of activity.
Electronic and Mechanical Installations
You will conduct electrical or mechanical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation, and/or controls.
Safety
You will work in accordance with all relevant requirements, including GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and internal safety guidelines. You will maintain a high level of housekeeping/sanitation/food safety and safety that meets Company standards and guidelines.
Lean
You will participate in lean activities and contribute to the improvement of our processes and operations.
