    Software Developer L2

    Our client, a global technology firm, seeks an experienced software developer to join their team on a contract basis. The role offers stability, growth opportunities, competitive rates, and a dynamic work environment.

    The ideal candidate will work within the development, support, and maintenance teams in a high-performance area of the organization. This critical solution enables effective management of clients, integrating with various systems to enhance or leverage technical expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop high-quality software that meets design specifications.
    • Create complex technical components and deliver system designs that are robust and fault-tolerant for large-scale systems.
    • Ensure system component designs are maintainable, supportable, and reusable.
    • Deliver software that is observable and scalable.
    • Conduct estimates of work effort and troubleshoot software issues.
    • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineering leads to refine solutions.
    • Support business strategy, objectives, and values.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
    • Approximately 7 years of proven experience in software development.
    • Experience with technical platforms and development-related problems.
    • Certificate in relevant programming languages where available.
    • Proficiency in Unix, Java, JEE Webservices (XML, Soap), DB2, FileNet P8, IBM CMIS, Image Services (ITH), CMOD.
