Education/ Experience

  • Matric/Grade1
  • Afrikaans speaking essential
  • Three (3) years proven successful business sales experience is required
  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not a prerequisite

JOB REQUIREMENTS_


New Business:


  • Expected methodologies to general opportunities include research, internal cold calling, networking and word of mouth
  • Qualify and obtain appointments with potential Corporate accounts
  • Identify the key decision maker (s) and understand their buying process
  • Meet or exceed activitybased (prospecting, Internal cold calling, etc.) goals and sales objectives
  • Corporate Activity report pursue and be involved in leaddeveloping and networking organisations
  • Develop and deliver presentations to prospects
  • Market Exhibitions and assist with planning and organizing exhibitions and shows
  • Plan and organise the transportation of Artworks both locally and internationally
  • Develop customer list for future exhibitions and shows
  • Keep updated with industry developments and market trends

Account Relationship Management:


  • Work with established accounts to generate additional business via introducing new service lines
  • Interface with appropriate individuals and/or departments as warranted
  • Penetrate account to build multiple relationships with all key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Maintain awareness of customers' performance, trends, challenges through research and education

General Responsibilities/Industry Knowledge:


  • Maintain management daily activity report
  • Communicate with colleagues in corporate sales to general new leads
  • Entertain customers and prospects on an asneeded basis
  • Quartley/ Monthly review service performance with Branch Manager and relevant departments
  • Participate in implementation meetings with the new/existing customers', senior management, operations, claims and finance departments
  • Ensure that quotes are delivered to the customer within 24 hours of the survey and 48 hours for International moves
  • Ensure that all followups are updated every day
  • Accurate costing and quoting is essential for good customer service

  • Knowledge of Artwork is an advantage but not a must

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R12,000.00 per month
