    Description of the role

    Ownership, processing and settlement of client FX transfers.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Daily Processing of FX transfers and settlement of FX trades
  • Attend to and own client settlement related queries
  • Management and clearing of outstanding recon items
  • Management and clearing of unsettled trades
  • Journal processing
  • Own the end-to-end client experience from a settlements perspective
  • Confidently engage with clients at all levels
  • Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self management in terms of planning and prioritising
  • Subscribe to and embed the Investec culture and values into the team
  • Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Support and drive the core values of the business
  • Demonstrate willingness to help others and "go the extra mile" to meet team targets and objectives
