  • To oversee the daytoday operations of the company's procurement, logistics, distribution and facilities management.;
  • To improve the relevant systems and processes and to ensure the various departments are well integrated and successfully supportive of each other.;
  • Meet warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.;
  • Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.;
  • Ensure that the production is cost effective.;
  • Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.;
