    Business Analyst Position

    Bespoke Software Solutions and Skilled Resources for Financial Services Clients
    Psybergate is an IT company that delivers tailored software solutions and provides highly skilled professionals to its clients in the financial services sector.

    Duties Responsibilities

    1. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, applying a set of tasks and techniques to understand organisational problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations on large high-risk complex projects.
    2. Recommend solutions to enable organisations to achieve their goals through effective alignment of business units with information technology capabilities.
    3. Elicit analyse and facilitate communication between organisational units, playing a central role in aligning stakeholder needs with delivered capabilities serving as a translator between business and technology groups.

    Required Skills Experience

    1. Completed degree diploma or other relevant qualifications.
    2. 8 years experience as a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of practical application in complex situations.
    3. Senior BA has extensive experience performing business analysis in various complex scenarios demonstrating expertise in this field.

    Additional Requirements

    Candidates should reside within reasonable travelling distance as circumstances of the opportunity may change. Most positions are remote however requirements can vary depending on specific circumstances.
