Minimum requirements for the role:


  • A relevant Draughting qualification is essential for this role.
years experience within a similar position.

  • Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD Software such as Inventor (preferred).
  • Experience in the design of Rotating Equipment, Crushers, Vibrating equipment; and other dynamic equipment would be advantageous.
  • Experience with pressure vessels, clarifiers/thickeners, mining equipment, earth moving equipment would be advantageous.
  • Integral interworking of drives, shafts, gears, bearings, plumber blocks, contact rollers would be advantageous.
  • Added experience in sealing systems would be advantageous.
  • Site experience in measuring equipment and troubleshooting for the purpose of designing fitforpurpose solutions.
  • High attention to detail a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Be selfmotivated and have good time management.
  • Be highly adaptable.
  • Strong references are mandatory.
  • Must have a valid drivers licence with own transport.
