Description
Ensure all details are loaded correctly onto the invoice
Ensure PO numbers, part numbers and delivery details are added onto the invoice as per instruction off Sync
Ensure invoices are done timeously and mailed to the logistics department to facilitate quicker customer service.
Attaching of stock PPOs to jobs for transfer of stock into their relevant warehouses.
Ensure that you are aware of each customers specific requirements and invoice their specific jobs accordingly.
Liaise with the relevant reps on their customers requirements.
Ensure that you convey verbal and written communication in a clear and coherent manner.
Ensure that you are willing to assist and co-operate fully if your assistance is required.
Ensure that you are available to assist all managers.
Co-operate fully with management on all issues
Ensure that all queries and tasks are resolved timeously and in a helpful and friendly manner


REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Above average computer Literacy and Good communication skills
SYNC Knowledge and experience
