Drive Strategic IT Excellence for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)

We are seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to partner with our SME clients, providing strategic IT leadership and helping them align their technology investments with business objectives.

About the Role:

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our SME clients, providing strategic IT guidance to ensure their technology investments support their business goals. You will oversee IT governance, budgeting, and long-term planning while fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Collaborate with clients to define IT roadmaps and strategies that align with their business objectives.
• Technology Planning: Evaluate current IT environments and recommend improvements to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Budget Management: Guide clients in IT budgeting and cost optimization, ensuring a return on investment (ROI) on technology investments.
• IT Governance: Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and practices that support business priorities and compliance requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks while ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary IT liaison, advocating for client needs and aligning our services with their goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on IT performance metrics, ensuring ongoing alignment with client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably in a vCIO, IT Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable IT strategies.
• Experience with IT budgeting and financial planning.
• Familiarity with SME challenges and opportunities.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
