A National N3 Certificate or National Technical Certificate

Part 3 (NTC3) in a Built Environment discipline

Minimum of three (3) years' building construction experience
Eligibility for registration as a Peace Officer (Law Enforcement

Officer)

Proficiency in MS Office
A valid Code EB driver's licence

Key Performance Areas

Undertake inspectoral duties involved in the building

development process

Perform site/counter duty
Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with

relevant legislation

Perform legal administration
