    We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Finance Expert Lead to join our team at Network Contracting Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Procure to Pay function and drive business growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, procurement, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing the Payables and Procurement team, ensuring compliance with internal controls and local legal requirements, and driving process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    The successful candidate will have excellent accounting knowledge, including experience with MS Excel, and be fluent in English. They will also have solid people management skills and experience working with outsourced teams. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of the South African procurement framework and internal control environment.

    As a key member of our team, the Procurement and Finance Expert Lead will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. They will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for the Procure to Pay function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Payables and Procurement team to ensure effective management of the Procure to Pay function
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and local legal requirements
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal functions

    Key Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in finance and procurement
    • Bcom CA degree or equivalent
    • Excellent accounting knowledge and experience with MS Excel
    • Solid people management skills and experience working with outsourced teams
    • Strong understanding of the South African procurement framework and internal control environment

    We offer a competitive salary of R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including medical aid, retirement funding, and life insurance.
