About the Role

As a Senior Barber at HR Studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional grooming experiences to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Quality Hair Services: Perform precise haircuts, shaves, and styling according to client specifications and industry trends.
• Grooming Consultations: Offer expert advice on face shape, hair type, and preferences to provide tailored services.
• Luxury Experience: Focus on customer comfort, attention to detail, and quality interactions to create a memorable experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on premium products, make personalized recommendations, and promote aftercare products to clients.
• Workplace Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean workstation and sterilizing tools after each service.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a barber in a high-end or luxury barbershop or men's salon.
• Skillset: Mastery in classic cuts, fades, razor shaves, beard shaping, and hot towel techniques.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare, scalp treatments, or other specialty grooming services is an advantage.
