Prerequisites

Minimum 1 year Inbound Technical Support experience
Experience answering incoming phone calls and ticketing systems
Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company
Open to schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and nights
Good communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain calm when dealing with a difficult customer
Ability to deal with complex queries
Ability to type 20wpm with max 5 errors
Effective listening and questioning skills
Natural conversational ability
Computer literacy and the ability to multitask
Managed multiple clients successfully
Experience collaborating across multiple functions or teams
Ability to sell or negotiate at all decisionmaking levels
