A well-established organisation in Pretoria East is seeking an Operational assistant / Executive Secretary to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Financial and Human Resource background is beneficial.
  • Debtor and Creditor background is beneficial.
  • Own transport essential.
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English). Read, write and speak.


  • Computer skills

  • Outlook and Internet. Financial program knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well represented and well spoken.
  • Must be able to multitask and be a problem solver.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.

Key Performance Areas:


  • Responsible for Managing the Reception staff.
  • Diary management.
  • Managing and screening of social media posts on all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc).
