During the 12 month program you will be required to follow a regimented curriculum that includes hands on work sessions in the actual work environment.

Our core competency lies in providing solutions across the entire geospatial value chain - from data collection, creation, conversion, and enhancement to software development, modelling, analytics, and consulting.
Domain knowledge/Responsibilities:
- Proactively coordinating aspects of designated projects
- Cofacilitating at meetings and workshops as appropriate (this will involve facilitation of small groups, recording at workshops)
- Timeous and accurate documentation of meeting minutes, including action items
- Ability to assist in creation of accurate timely reports either pre or post workshops
- Maintaining databases of project teams, project information repositories and versioning
- Distribution of invitations or information
- Workshop logistics such as booking venues
- Ability to communicate successfully with people of all grades in the administration of their timekeeping and delivering on projects
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project preliminary schedules (proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget)
- Report and escalate risks and issues to the PM if needed
- Ability to help the team and management with adhoc administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria
Have not been part of a YES program previously.
Currently between 18-35 years old.
Have a degree or diploma in Project Management
