- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in actuarial science.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize risk management strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the actuarial team.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Actuarial Analyst in the non-life insurance space.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts, methodologies, and modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and tools, such as Excel, SAS, or R.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
