About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the executive management team, ensuring a consistent and true-to-brand image across various platforms.

The focus of this role extends to both local and international markets, driving revenue through effective promotion of our prestigious lodge portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Proactively identify and leverage publicity opportunities.
  • Create inhouse promotions and activities to stimulate sales.
  • Maintain and update internal and external stationery/signage.
  • Ensure relevance and accuracy of all marketing materials.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and grow the database.
  • Develop and send regular newsletters and mailers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to guide business decisions.
  • Manage digital content creation, including blogs, captions, and visual assets.
  • Oversee social media marketing, community management, and reviews.
  • Direct the management and update of the website.
  • Increase direct bookings through website traffic strategies.
  • Establish key communication messages and plans across various channels.
  • Design effective collateral and communications content.
  • Set criteria for hosting journalists and influencers.
  • Liaise with outsourced PR agencies for press releases and media coverage.
  • Handle crisis management effectively.
  • Review and align the brand strategy with the vision and values.
  • Implement and communicate the brand guide consistently.
  • Work with designers to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Marketing Manager in highend luxury travel.
  • Experience in very highend hospitality or luxury brand sectors.
  • Charismatic with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about representing a quality, highend brand.
  • Indepth knowledge of highend hospitality and luxury travel.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate into a closeknit team.
