Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage daily correspondences with our clients across all platforms and channels
  • Stay on the edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies;
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Process customer queries into sales & manage incoming payments.
  • Liaising with courier partners and problem solving
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Building relationships with customers and upselling via Whatsapp sales channels
  • Liaising with courier partners and problem solving
for difficult deliveries

  • Quoting customers accurately and following up
  • Invoicing customers

Key Requirements:


  • Hands on experience with community management
  • Experience in digital retail and/or ecommerce
  • Excellent knowledge of online best practices & etiquette
  • Experience with digital and inperson client communication
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs ( Not needed but ideal )
  • Able to multitask with solid organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proactive and able to show initiative and deliver innovative ideas which constantly improve the customer experience.
  • Team player and able to build good professional crossfunctional relationships with peers and team management in multicultural and fastpaced environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication and writing skills
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior management

Salary:
From R4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ormonde, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
