Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders from customers promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is complete and correct.
Generate invoices based on order details and company pricing policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status, billing inquiries, and resolution of any billing-related issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and invoicing procedures.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to order and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent; additional education or training in accounting, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in order processing, invoice generation, or related administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Proficiency in using XERO and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
