Description
Payments to creditors- The collection of all payments from third parties, e.g., Mr D & Uber Eats.
- GRV Reconciliation, Bank & Cash Reconciliation
- Liaising with suppliers to get the best price for assets and equipment.
- Updating and maintaining the asset register.
- Ensuring that all new assets are insured and handling insurance claims.
- Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statement.
- Use Micros reports to track sales, inventory, and store cashups.
- Assist the Area manager in spotting any discrepancies in the admin and financial reports.
- Handling the renewals of licenses and certificates concerning the business.
- Ensure the safe keeping and confidentiality of staff records.
- Tending to staff queries regarding their wages.
- Assist in disciplinary hearing and dismissals.
- Ensuring the timely correct payment of staff wages and salaries.
- Maintenance of staff leave and tracking staff absence.
- Monthly submission of UIF declarations.
- General administration, filing and maintenance of all relevant documents.
- All other ad hoc duties related to the post.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Finance, Human Resources or Administration
- 1 2 years' experience in the same or similar position
- Microsoft Office
- Numerical/Finance skills
- Confidentiality
- Communication & interpersonal relations skills
- Good attention to detail.
Pay:
R6,000.00 per month
