    Job Title: Service Supervisor

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Supervisor from the Industrial Equipment sector to join our team in Cape Town.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A trade-related qualification is essential for this position.
    • At least 5 years of experience in the forklift industry is required.
    • Firm knowledge of company policies and procedures is necessary.
    • A proven track record in customer retention and major accounts management is expected.
    • A solid background in capital equipment servicing with experience at senior management level is mandatory.
    • Experience in Service Management, specifically on Industrial Equipment, is crucial.
    • The ability to balance strategic and operational involvement is essential.
    • Strong staff management skills are required.
    • A hands-on approach is sometimes necessary.
