Description

• Ensure the security operations executed meet the client's requirements
• Management of sites - site procedures, emergency plans etc - ensure all are in place and executed in accordance with client specifications
• Oversee site inductions for new employees
• Ensure all site personnel are trained and able to perform their duties, and conduct on-the-job training
• Conduct site knowledge tests as required
• Co-ordinate advanced training for personnel as required
• Conduct regular site visits. Ensure Health & Safety policies are complied with

• Work schedules of employees on site;
• An approved Site Procedure available on site;
• Employees reporting for duty completing the attendance register; instruction book is read & signed; luggage checked
• Patrols planned and conducted in a controlled manner
• All instructions recorded in the instruction book
• Complete documentation regarding site administration - risk analysis, site surveys, site audits, letters and reports
• Co-ordinate investigations of crime scenes/incidents
• Conduct disciplinary actions as required

• Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
