PURPOSE:

To ensure that all marketing collateral and work from across the global marketing organization flows efficiently to creative and production teams.

They are responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress.

Their end goal is to make sure the project goes smoothly and both the internal client who requested the project and the professionals who did the work are satisfied with the end result.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the internal client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables.
Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project.
Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities.
Meet with internal clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues.
Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
Work with freelancers and agencies and ensure they have the support and resources needed for their jobs
Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
Building effective relationships with key departments and clients.
Holding regular production meetings and status updates.
