MAINTEANNCE MANAGER REQUIRED AT BUSY HILLBROW OFFICES
The approved candidtate will have to have to be willing to work in town / Johannesburg CBD, Hillbrow and surrounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and completing ob cards, ensuring Parktown office receives approved job cards for capturing.
- Liaising with Parktown office admin to check if job wasn't already issued
- Delegating / issuing of job cards to maintenance team, and following up where necessary
- Inspection of vacant units, and submission of maintenance to be done
- Inspection of work carried out by maintenance team / contractors
- Liaising with storeroom for required stock to carry out dadtoday maintenance, as well as for additional stock requests
- Managing inhouse maintenance teams / staff, subcontractors, casuals, drivers
- Logistical management of maintenance vehicles,
- Signing off and submission of completed work for payment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- property maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
