The Feedem Group's shareholders include RMB Corvest, Agile Capital as well as Management, and we are embarking on an aggressive expansion plan, nationally.

A vacancies have arisen in one of our contracts in Durban for Patient Liaison Officer ( PLO) to join our expanding team.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

Matric
A tertiary qualification in hospitality very beneficial
At least 5year Hospital experience in a PLO role
Sound knowledge of Hospital Operations
Excellent Customer Relations

- confident, bubbly personality

Computer Literate
Fluent in MS Office with exposure to Point of sale
Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written)
Zulu.
High level of telephone etiquette & excellent allround communication skills
Energetic, Fit and Healthy
Hands on, helping in every aspect
Professional and well groomed
Ensure you are familiar with the Food CYCLES Menu's and that you & your Hostesses know what the Soup & chef's choices is for the day

Diet sheets must be collected from your wards and available in the kitchen before each service period and signed off by the ward Unit mangers (nurse)

Visit patients and receive feedback from them regarding service/meal satisfaction/overall satisfaction after each service period - comments must be noted on feedback sheet and must be specific

Report any complaints / compliments to the manager

Report any problems / discrepancies to the UM's

Preference will be given to our designated Employee Groups, in order to achieve our Employment Equity targets.
