REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, Degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters degree highly advantageous)
months experience

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience
  • Highly analytical
  • Compensation & benefits experience highly advantageous
  • Strong communication & organizational skills

DUTIES

  • Providing effective administration support to HR team
  • Managing data for the HR department on excel
  • Assist with training logistics & registers
  • Assist with annual update of employee information
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of the Human Resources files and records
  • Quality to checks on employee details
  • Assist with payroll processing and staff benefits
  • Provide assistance in HR compliance & audit activities
  • Assist in Annual budget and monitoring
  • Assist in 3rd party management
  • Assist in other HR related activities allocated by the Manager
  • Administrative support (tracking of contracts/invoices from agencies, and annual check of social/tax contributions)
  • Consolidation of employees data type contracts, terms, benefits, visa
  • HR reporting (accruals, HR files, recruitment, mobility, etc.)
  • Trainings data reporting (incl. costs)
  • Collection of monthly data on inflation
  • Coordinate HR communication
