    Inventory and Supply Chain Manager - Syspro

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and enhance branch/main warehouse operational systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with management, internal audit, and branch managers to minimize the risk of fraud and error at branch level.
    • Identify operational and financial risks at branch/main warehouse level and implement effective internal controls.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO policies and procedures at branch/main warehouse level.
    • Train staff on ISO procedures, Syspro, Netstock, and Optimizer as applicable.
    • Mentor branch administrators/supervisors on effective branch management.
    • Support branch managers and supervisors with operational queries.
    • Develop process-oriented thinking in branch managers and supervisors.
    • Provide regular feedback to Head Office departments on performance/delivery issues.
    • Improve branch efficiencies and reduce costs by implementing better processes.
    • Conduct compliance and risk reviews at branch/main warehouse level.
    • Monitor key branch risk areas via exception reports and investigate exceptions with relevant managers.
    • Coordinate and conduct on-the-job training for staff at branch/main warehouse level.
    • Implement stock management processes and procedures to minimize risks.
    • Lead projects to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • B. Com degree and Matric qualification.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment/position.
    • Proven inventory and supply chain management expertise.
    • Familiarity with Syspro (Accounting and warehouse management system), Optimiza – Inventory optimization system, and Netstock.
    • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours if required.
    • Valid driver's license and fully insured licensed motor vehicle for business use.
