Trafalgar, a leading property management company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Supervisory Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Purpose:
As the Senior Accounting Supervisory Manager, your primary focus will be on managing all facets of your portfolio, ensuring accurate, consistent, and prompt financial management.
You will play a crucial role in delivering world-class service while adhering to the management agreement and statutory financial requirements.
Accountabilities:
Reporting directly to the Sectional Title Portfolio Manager, your key accountabilities will include:
- Achieving responsibilities and deadlines for your assigned portfolio.
- Providing continuous guidance and support to portfolio managers regarding financial reporting.
- Overseeing the financial management of complexes within your portfolio and signing off on the complex control schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory financial requirements for all complexes.
- Being accountable for internal audit scores and closing outstanding gaps identified on the action log.
- Upholding operational and mandated service standards.
- Contributing to individual and team performance requirements.
- Achieving a 24-hour turnaround time for deadlines and maintaining world-class service delivery with a "1st time right" approach.
- Aligning with the sectional title work stream of Trafalgar to promote best practices.

Knowledge:
- The Sectional Titles Act and Companies Act.
- The Income Tax Act and VAT Act.
- Basic accounting principles.
- The ability to read and comprehend sectional plans.
