    • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Agile (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI), SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
