We are in the market for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Cape Town branch.

Required nature of experience:

Experience in a call center environment
5 Years HR Generalist Experience
Implementing of HR policies and processes
Recruitment and Selection
Payroll management
Disciplinary hearings
Grievances
People Engagement
Experience with working with WCA

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

Relevant labor legislation
BCEA, LRA, EEA
MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Recruitment systems (i.e., Interview Me / SA Youth)
Performance management
Implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
Familiarizing employees with benefits packages
Maintain employee records.
Onboarding new employees including HR Induction
Planning corporate events and other teambuilding activities
Facilitate and conduct disciplinary actions.
Represent company at CCMA & Labour Court when required.
Promote and encourage the use of various employee wellness initiatives.
