Medical Receponist, Centurion
Our client a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician based in Centurion is seeking to recruit a medical receponist.
Responsibilies:
- Answering calls
- Diary management and appointments
- Addressing queries
- Managing the mobile phone aer hours
- Ensure all forms are completed prior to consultaons
- Process payments (cash pracce)
- Generate quotaons and produce invoices or inroom and theatre procedures
- Keep an accurate record of all cash transacons
- Purchase staonary and groceries for the pracce if required
- Theatre bookings
- Communicate with the paents, anaesthest, hospital and assistants
- Assist paents with authorisaons
- Inhouse billing
- Assist Doctor with personal appointment bookings
Qualificaon and Requirements:
- Matric
- At least 35 years experience in a similar medical receponist posion
- Computer literate (Good X and Elixir would be a added advantage)

- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as was as with a team
- Atenon to detail
- Organized
- Computer literacy

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
Salary:
Up to R17,500.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
- Centurion, Gauteng (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Centurion, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
