What will you do?

Santam Operations department, Personal Lines Contact Centre has a career opportunity available for an Underwriting Consultant who will be base in Auckland Park.

Do policy screenings and manage portfolios in accordance with the company policy.
Underwriting of new and existing risks to obtain profitable growth.
Handle referrals and the underwriting thereof.
Technical underwriting advice.

Qualifications and experience

A completed Grade 1
Fais requirement: 30 credits with regards to personal lines underwriting (NQF level4)
Proficient in MS Office and the internet
A minimum of 3 years current working experience in personal lines within a shortterm insurance environment
