    Description

    Promotions and Events Manager

    To manage the Resort's promotions and events, targeting relevant markets and delivering revenue results while creating an engaging environment for resort guests.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Job Purpose: Plan, manage, and execute Resort promotions and events, following company standards. Deliver superior revenue results, target relevant markets, and create a captivating experience for resort guests.

    Key Qualifications

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field

    Main Requirements

    • A proven track record in a similar role, with at least 5 years' experience in marketing management, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or entertainment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, with strong computer and presentation skills
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels, innovation, creativity, attention to detail, and good organisational skills

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement casino and hospitality promotions, competitions, and activations that meet business objectives and sound marketing principles
    • Create an entertaining calendar aimed at relevant target markets to increase footfall and conversion strategies to boost gaming activity
    • Manage the Winners Circle Rewards Programme, including collateral, awareness, promotional strategies, events, and customer relationship management
    • Celebrate community involvement through CSI initiatives and Public Relations efforts, including social media promotion
